Project Management Officer Manager | Operational Excellence

#YOUR MISSION
Joining TNP’s Operational Excellence team, the candidate will ensure that projects are executed effectively and efficiently assuring delivery on time. He/She must be able to manage multiple complex project schedules, resources, task details and stakeholder reporting needs. The candidate will also manage all project scope and deliverables through a structured change management process so that the client expectations are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex projects that are broad in scope and may involve multiple functional areas and/or span across service areas.
- Define and structure the perimeter of the projects, launch steering committees and follow-up meetings, manage conflicts and risks, organize their closure and prepare restitution documents.
- Keep the projects on track, ensure deadlines are met by creating and maintaining timelines, monitoring, and summarizing the progress to meet the milestones.
- Manage and work closely with different teams to ensure the execution of the projects is in line with the organization’s needs.
- Communicate and engage with all relevant stakeholders to keep them aligned of project activities, handle their requests and resolve any issue that may arise.
#YOUR PROFILE
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or Business Management, has at least 6 years of relevant project management experience in a consulting, industry or service company.
- He/she can multi-task many projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and risks. and provide effective solutions when necessary.
- He/she has excellent planning, collaboration, and facilitation skills to coordinate and leverage capabilities to deliver quality projects in time.
- He/she has excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and follow up skills.
- He/she has effective communication skills, written and oral, to interact at all levels of the organization.
- He/she has experience in producing reference documents, end reports and post-mortems.
- He/she has strong analytical thinking and problem solving using conceptual thinking.
- He/she is comfortable working under pressure and against tight deadlines.
- He/she has is energetic, flexible, adaptable, dynamic and has a “can-do” attitude.
- He/she has strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (JIRA, MS Project…).
- He/she has knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Python …).
- He/she has an excellent level of English, knowledge of a third language (French/Spanish…) is considered a plus.
