Syntec Conseil Grand Prix: TNP is awarded the Great Prize

The Grand Prix (Great Prize) and the Gold Award in the “Transformation of Organizations” category were awarded to TNP and the French Agency for Services and Payment at the Syntec Conseil yearly ceremony on November 29, 2022..

The Agency For Services and Payment (ASP) is a public body in charge of public support entirely dedicated to the implementation of public policies at European, national or local level.

This competition, jointly organized with Challenges magazine, recognize the transformational work consulting companies have undertaken with their clients.

Two awards won by TNP and ASP

2022 “Grand Prix”

The oral sessions with the winners of each of the 8 categories convinced the jury to award the 2022 Grand Prix, the most prestigious trophy, to ASP and to TNP.
This is a major award for TNP, which on the company’s 15th anniversary, recognizes both our ability to lead the largest transformations for our private and public clients, and to deliver results.

Gold Award, “Transformation of Organizations” category

This award recognizes the “demonstration of the impact of a strategy developed by a consulting firm on the structured/sustainable transformation of a organization”.

The jury members particularly pointed out:

  • The demonstration of a structured and sustainable transition for a public organization
  • The implementation of innovations on the organizational, technical, social, societal and HR levels
  • Proven results for the organization, its clients and stakeholders​
  • The alignment between results and objectives, whatever the scale of the project submitted.​
