Data & AI Advisory Practice
TNP’s Data & AI Advisory practice supports clients in their data-driven transformation and AI industrialization journeys. We operate across:
- Data governance & data strategy
- Data engineering & data platforms
- AI / Machine Learning & Generative AI
- Data-driven business process optimization
Our teams work across multiple industries, combining operational excellence with cutting-edge technology to address complex data challenges.
Your Role
As part of our Data & AI team, you will contribute to the delivery of innovative and high-impact AI projects:
- Support clients in designing and deploying Generative AI solutions tailored to their business challenges
- Lead projects involving intelligent agents and agentic AI systems for complex process automation
- Contribute to the implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and multi-agent orchestration solutions
- Work on fine-tuning LLMs and prompt engineering for specific use cases
- Contribute to building MLOps platforms integrating Generative AI capabilities
- Support clients in adopting Responsible AI practices and governance frameworks
- Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for integrating autonomous agents into business processes
- Act as a key interface with client technical teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and capability building
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Engineering with a specialization in AI
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Science, with strong exposure to Generative AI technologies and multi-agent systems
Technical expertise:
- Strong knowledge of GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenWebUI)
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic APIs, or open-source models (Llama, Mistral)
- Understanding of agentic AI architectures and multi-agent orchestration patterns
- Solid programming skills in Python, REST API development, and cloud integration
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools
