Our key missions
Steering of PRIIPS program linked to MIFID & DDA work
An asset manager asked TNP to ensure the overall management of the PRIIPS program, in connection with the various MIFID and DDA regulatory works (definition of the roadmap to be deployed, service to be delivered to partner insurers, impacts on processes and adherence with other regulations).

Definition of the digital transformation strategy
One of the leading private banks in the market asked TNP to help it define its digital transformation strategy. TNP was involved in three major areas: adapting the business model, digitizing processes and operations, adapting the internal organization and work methods to the challenges of digital.

Audit of performance levers
A French private bank collaborated with TNP using the Lean Management method to identify levers to strengthen its business model, and to energize and optimize the commercial organization. The approach resulted in a 30% increase in the number of client and prospect appointments and a 20% increase in net collection and GNP.
