Responsibility in Action 

We don’t declare commitments. We weave them. At TNP, responsibility isn’t a slogan. It’s a living practice. Like threads in a fabric, our environmental, social, and governance initiatives are designed to intertwine, reinforce one another, and stand the test of time. Each initiative, driven by our teams, our partners, and our clients, contributes to a coherent whole: a responsible, measurable, and collective form of performance.

CSR anchored in action

At TNP, our approach to corporate responsibility is anchored in a clear belief: sustainability is a shared effort, rooted in daily practice and shaped by listening. Our commitments are built around the real expectations of our stakeholders (employees, clients, partners) and translated into interconnected actions designed to create real impact. We have chosen not to do everything, but to focus on where our role as a consulting firm can make a meaningful difference.  

Identifying what matters

Before taking action, we listened. An extensive internal and external consultation helped us identify the CSR priorities that matter most to TNP: equality, working conditions, climate, biodiversity, ethics, well-being. These priorities now form the backbone of our CSR strategy. They shape our decisions, define our roadmap, and ensure long-term alignment across our commitments.

EcoVadis: a mark of excellence

As part of our CSR journey, we’ve adopted a proactive approach, subjecting our practices to regular, rigorous audits.

Each year, TNP undergoes a full evaluation via Ecovadis, one of the world’s leading sustainability assessment platforms.

This approach allows us to benchmark our performance against internationally recognized standards, and to raise the bar. In 2025, we earned the Gold rating, with a score of 79 out of 100. 

The Cercle Vertueux PACA

The Cercle Vertueux PACA is an exclusive collective of business leaders and entrepreneurs in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region in France, united around shared social and environmental responsibility. It is co-sponsored by TNP and et ZeOF Academy.

Our ambition is to bring members together for ten events per year, offering unique opportunities for learning, collaboration, and reflection. Together, we build a sustainable future through concrete action, meaningful dialogue, and inspiring shared experience.

Committed to reducing workplace inequalities

Since 2022, our All@TNP diversity network has evolved to embrace multiple dimensions of diversity, without losing sight of the importance of gender balance. The network now operates under a clear, structured roadmap that addresses these priorities, reflecting our ongoing fight against inequality at work.
