Our Sustainability Report

Accountable and Committed

We don’t declare commitments. We weave them. At TNP, responsibility isn’t a slogan. It’s a living practice. Like threads in a fabric, our environmental, social, and governance initiatives are designed to intertwine, reinforce one another, and stand the test of time.

Each action, driven by our teams, our partners, and our clients, contributes to a coherent whole: a responsible, measurable, and collective form of performance.

Our Conviction: CSR Should Be Real, Grounded, And Alive

At TNP, our approach to corporate responsibility is anchored in a clear belief: sustainability is a shared effort, rooted in daily practice and shaped by listening. Our commitments are built around the real expectations of our stakeholders (employees, clients, partners) and translated into interconnected actions designed to create real impact.

We choose not to do everything, but to focus on where our role as a consulting firm can make a meaningful difference.

Acting Starts With Listening

Before taking action, we listened. An extensive internal and external consultation helped us identify the CSR priorities that matter most to TNP: equality, working conditions, climate, biodiversity, ethics, well-being. These priorities now form the backbone of our CSR strategy. They shape our decisions, define our roadmap, and ensure long-term alignment across our commitments.

Three Strategic Pillars, One Shared Commitment

Turning sustainability into a source of resilience

We embed CSR at the core of our business model:

  • Certified carbon footprint measurement and reduction pathways
  • Waste reduction and circular economy practices
  • Biodiversity preservation initiatives
  • Responsible procurement policies

Every action is measured, tracked, and continuously improved in a logic of ongoing progress.

Helping our clients build sustainable performance

Because sustainability is also a business imperative, TNP works with clients to:

  • Integrate ESG factors into core strategy
  • Measure and manage impact (carbon, ESG data, CSRD compliance)
  • Engage internal teams around purpose
  • Transform operations responsibly

Our ambition: to turn convictions into outcomes-and sustainability into a true competitive advantage.

Fostering a sustainable work culture

Sustainable performance starts with people. At TNP, we foster a culture that balances excellence, well-being, and inclusion:

  • Equality and diversity
  • Skills development
  • Strengthened social dialogue
  • Quality of work life

We believe meaningful engagement is built over time-when shared, embodied, and supported across the organization.

Weaving Ecosystems of Impact

Our commitment extends beyond the walls of the firm. Through skills-based sponsorships, support for sports initiatives, original content production (The Stories of Tomorrow), and community-building events and clubs, we help foster a collaborative movement toward sustainability. These spaces for dialogue and action reflect a core belief: the most resilient transformations are the ones we design, and deliver, together.

Year after year, TNP strengthens the weave of its commitments. Every thread counts. Every action reinforces the whole. Because responsibility isn’t a fixed state (it’s a movement), we continue to act, to measure, and to improve our impact, in France and beyond.

Discover Our Commitments in Depth

The 2025 Sustainability Report traces the daily commitments we weavetheir measurable impact, and the long-term pathways we’re building. It offers a vision of CSR that is pragmaticstructured, and fully aligned with our mission as a consulting firm.

« At TNP, sustainable performance is woven over timelinking economic responsibility, social engagement, and respect for life.»

The Ecovadis Certification: A Cornerstone Of Our CSR Approach

As part of our CSR journey, we’ve adopted a proactive approach, subjecting our practices to regular, rigorous audits.

Each year, TNP undergoes a full evaluation via Ecovadis, one of the world’s leading sustainability assessment platforms.

This approach allows us to benchmark our performance against internationally recognized standards, and to raise the bar. In 2024, we earned the Silver rating, with a score of 69 out of 100.

Le Cercle Vertueux PACADriving Responsible Leadership

The Cercle Vertueux PACA is an exclusive collective of business leaders and entrepreneurs in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region in France, united around shared social and environmental responsibility. It is co-sponsored by TNP and et ZeOF Academy.

The collective hosts 10 events per year, offering unique opportunities for learning, collaboration, and forward-looking exchange. Together, we’re shaping a sustainable future through concrete actions, rich dialogue, and inspiring shared experiences.

Fighting Workplace Inequality

Since 2022, our All@TNP diversity network has evolved to embrace multiple dimensions of diversity, without losing sight of the importance of gender balance. The network now operates under a clear, structured roadmap that addresses these priorities, reflecting our ongoing fight against inequality at work.
