TNP Morocco’s ambitions in the Maghreb and Africa are to be a long-term preferred partner for financial institutions and to continue its development in industry and the public sector.

Corporate omnichannel customer journey
A banking group wanted to improve its customer experience and offer its corporate customers a differentiating omnichannel experience. TNP Morocco carried out an assessment and then co-designed multi-channel paths (including in the new branch format) by proposing innovative technologies to support the target paths.
