We’re in search of a Business Analyst for our Kochi office.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical Skills Required:
- Understand, review, analyze and evaluate business requirements of the software of client needs.
- Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- Excellent understanding of Scrum, driving scrum calls.
- Experience/knowledge in creating site maps.
- Good knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in working with the development team for web/mobile app and/or software automation projects is a plus.
- Ability to manage many critical tasks and projects while keeping an eye on the business priorities and resolving issues effectively and expediently.
- Should have experience creating wireframes.
- Proficient skills in using spreadsheets and SQL.
- Experience in Jira would be an added advantage.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to work with International clients.
- Excellent skills in documentation using Excel, PowerPoint, and word.
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Experience working in an ITIL-driven environment with knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.
- Ability to encourage, motivate, and provide recognition.
- Negotiation within the team.
Educational Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s / MBA degree with 1- 3 years of experience as a BA.
