We’re in search of a Business Analyst for our Kochi office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Technical Skills Required:

• Understand, review, analyze and evaluate business requirements of the software of client needs.
• Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Excellent understanding of Scrum, driving scrum calls.
• Experience/knowledge in creating site maps.
• Good knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in working with the development team for web/mobile app and/or software automation projects is a plus.
• Ability to manage many critical tasks and projects while keeping an eye on the business priorities and resolving issues effectively and expediently.
• Should have experience creating wireframes.
• Proficient skills in using spreadsheets and SQL.
• Experience in Jira would be an added advantage.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills to work with International clients.
• Excellent skills in documentation using Excel, PowerPoint, and word.
• Good analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Experience working in an ITIL-driven environment with knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.
• Ability to encourage, motivate, and provide recognition.
• Negotiation within the team.

Educational Qualification Required:

• Bachelor’s / MBA degree with 1- 3 years of experience as a BA.
